Why can’t I send mail from my computer, but I can receive email just fine

Check your outgoing port in your email client.  All outgoing email should use authentication and port 587.

If you have email hosting through Blueray Concepts we recommend the following:

  1. Turn SSL on for both incoming and outgoing
  2. outgoing with SSL will use port 465
